PAYMENT:

 Orders are shipped out on Monday through Thursday after payment is received unless otherwise arranged with us. We do not ship Friday Saturday and Sunday.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING:

We are qualified by UPS to ship Live Fish via UPS Next Day Air.  We ship only Monday thru Thursday; unless otherwise arranged. You will receive your fish alive and healthy. Any questions feel free to contact us.

This timeframe allows the fish to acclimate to their new environment, ensuring that any losses are attributed to shipping stress or initial illness rather than immediate factors. After 72 hours of arrival, we do not guarantee the health of the fish as they have already been mixed into the new system with other fish. We are not responsible for the death of fish that occur after 72 hours of mixing them with other fish and new habitat.
