We guarantee our fish for 72 hours after delivery. This period allows the fish to acclimate to their new environment and helps us determine whether any loss resulted from shipping stress or a pre-existing illness. After the 72-hour guarantee period expires, we can no longer guarantee the health of the fish because they have been introduced into a new habitat and mixed with other fish. We are not responsible for any fish deaths that occur after this period.
